This evening panel of military design experts occurred at the Innovation Methodologies for Defence Challenges (IMDC) Towards Practical Strategies Conference that occurred at the SaintPaul University in conjunction with the Canadian Forces College on January 30th to February 1st, 2018 in Ottawa, Canada. This was the evening conference on Wednesday, January 31st, 2018 from 1830-2000hrs.
